Add a phone number type input field
The input fields need an input format for phone number so the phone number matches the format in SF. Example (999) 999-9999

Attach Photos/Videos as separate attachments
Upload photos in form to notes and attachments separately. We currently pull pictures from our notes and attachments into an online presentation format. It would be nice if the form could take the pictures uploaded in the app and title them as directed in the app and attach them separately in the notes and attachments within salesforce.

When building forms, allow for two-column sections to make forms shorter and reduce white space. For example, allow a two-column area for a long list of checkbox fields.

Enable Offline Salesforce Look up as a system wide setting
You have to enable Offline Salesforce Look up on every device you log into as per this article http://support.formyoula.com/knowledgebase/articles/490427-offline-salesforce-lookups
It would be great if the admin of your Formyoula instance can enable this as a system wide setting for all users regardless of which device they use.

Ability to pass in object id from Salesforce
Currently the only way to attach a form to an existing record is by adding a lookup field to the form. Having the ability to create a button or link in SF that would call the form and include the id of the object that relates to the form would be great. In our case we have an assessment that we are doing from an Opportunity and we are attaching the PDF to the object. By passing the ID of the Opportunity to the form it takes one less step out of the hands of the user.

limit the number of characters you can add on the text field and text area field. So for example if I wanted to link a text field with twitter, I would want to limit the text to 150 characters or how ever many characters twitter can take.

Ability to filter a Salesforce Lookup and Select fields based on the Formyoula Username.
Use-case: Company has multiple centers, creating events for their login/location only. When they create the event using a Formyoula form - the username is passed to the event. Then when people register for the event the Select field should only list those events set-up by the Formyoula user.

Exit a form on auto-repeat without having to close down the app
The cancel button on the form works to come out of the form even when on auto-repeat. Or another way of coming out of the form without having to close down the app to come out of auto-repeat and back to viewing all your forms.

Fix editing backward
The dependencies work going forward, but not backward. For example, if I have a form with a select module, and I select "Adams," and I go back and edit it to "Other," the dependent field to Other does not appear. It will appear, however, if I select Other originally.
