Attach Photos/Videos as separate attachments
Upload photos in form to notes and attachments separately. We currently pull pictures from our notes and attachments into an online presentation format. It would be nice if the form could take the pictures uploaded in the app and title them as directed in the app and attach them separately in the notes and attachments within salesforce.

I agree that the suggested idea by Jody would be a nice time saver. I like to have the pictures as a separate file, so currently I use the Window snipping tool to snip the pictures out of the pdf.

The way it is now we cannot pull anything from the app. This makes pulling information we need difficult a lot of the time. This new approach would be great!

I agree with Ben. Also, this idea will help tremendously by cutting out a lot of extra steps and time we take to extract the photos and change them to jpg format.

Ability to add general attachments (e.g. pdf documents) using this same functionality would also be great!
