    Thank you for your comment.

    You can create multiple Object relations using Salesforce Lookup or Select fields on the form. You can filter the Lookups based on related or Parent records.     Hey Sara,

    Thank you for posting the idea.

    You can create or update one or multiple Object records with the same form submission. You can use a Lookup field to search for existing records and, if not found, then capture the necessary fields for a new record creation - https://support.formyoula.com/knowledgebase/articles/687687-update-or-create-a-contact-record
