Custom Salesforce Object Field Mapping
Currently, to update a field in Salesforce you need to select a form field to update it.
Could there be a custom option in the form field dropdown on Salesforce Object Field Mapping section where this allowed free text so we can hard code values.
Expanding this further where we can enter free text and bovine it with values from the form fields e.g. "Text {2509-c9ba-fce7}"
This would push "Text {2509-c9ba-fce7}" to salesforce where {2509-c9ba-fce7} is the view form that field ID.2 votes -
label/Name a photo
We currently capture multiple photos in our inspection and it would be great to name them as soon as they are taken to highlight the location (eg near the 1200m) for other users to view in Salesforce that may not be familiar with the site where there are multiple photos of the one asset in various locations.

Auto-submit Repeat table records
Users often forget to click the green plus icon next to the last row when filling out a Repeat Table. This causes us to have missing records.
There should be an auto-submit function that will automatically record anything users put in the Repeat Table, regardless of if they click the green plus icon next to each row.

Save drafts to cloud
When a draft is saved by a user can these be saved to formula.com in a draft section so they are not only stored on the device?
If the user completes or deletes the draft they can be removed from the cloud as well but if they wipe / loose their phone the drafts are still in the cloud and are loaded when opening the app.
Could also allow admins to see all drafts and change the user they are assigned too so I can move a draft from user A to User B. That draft then appears on Users…

You should be able to set a custom date range for date fields, so users cannot enter a date outside of the given range.

Insert entire conditional form into email body
I want to be able to send a customised PDF via email when certain field are completed but if you customise the PDF it effects every PDF that is created via the form.
Rather than create seperate PDF's per email connection, can you allow an easy way to insert the entire forms fields (label and output) as conditional fields for the email body.
This will enable the user with an easy way add all fields and then remove any fields that are not required.

Ability to use conditional logic for Salesforce connections based on field values
We would like the ability to skip connection if a set field in the form has a certain value (not just if it is blank or filled out).

Ability to save fields to re-use in future forms
Ideally, we could save field groupings with conditional logic as well to re-use in the future. This would be a huge time-saver.

This would make managing forms so much easier when Formyoula is used by multiple departments within a company.

Password-Protected PDF Email Attachments
When an email connection includes a PDF attachment of the form responses, give administrators the option to set a password for the PDF for additional security.

there should be a field or option to capture the geo location on the form with a map or other way, but not the automatic option that is currently available

Sharing - Forms by User
As of right now, you can share or mass share a single form to a user or multiple users. It makes it difficult/time consuming to share a set of forms to a single, newly-created user. You have to go to the sharing page for EACH form, find the user in the list, then pick the correct sharing option from the dropdown for that user.
I propose a way to share multiple forms to a single user on one page.
The workflow would look something like this:
Go to Users, next to the user you want to share forms to, click…3 votes -

Additional Submit button option or possibility to submit part of data in the middle of form
I would like to propose option for Submit button which would end and submit existing form and immediately open another form - and create a process of two forms in a row. Alternative to this is to enable submitting form in the middle of it, for example on 2/4 page and then continue with last two pages. For example. when creating new account in SFDC, I have SFDC automated process which is creating Opps, so I want to create account in page 1 and then in page 2 call back this automatically created opportunity in order to create record inside…

Allow for Fields on the Edit Screen Only
We want to be able to attach notes to a form without the customer filling out the form seeing them. this could create a task or update a picklist based on a user input after a submission has happened. Allowing us to add mutliple fields on the post-submit edit screen would be ideal.

Repeat Group improvements
Currently when a Repeat Group has required fields, if a user accidentally clicks onto the Repeat Group link, they are forced to add data to any required fields, click add, then go back and DELETE it. This is very frustrating and should be bypassed by a CANCEL button.
Also when reviewing Repeat Group entries, a DELETE button appears. This should be accompanied with an OKAY button so that there's no confusion.
Lastly, Repeat Groups should have a summary of data details OR stay open so a User can review all entries, rather that pop closed when navigating to the next…
