As of right now, you can share or mass share a single form to a user or multiple users. It makes it difficult/time consuming to share a set of forms to a single, newly-created user. You have to go to the sharing page for EACH form, find the user in the list, then pick the correct sharing option from the dropdown for that user.

I propose a way to share multiple forms to a single user on one page.
The workflow would look something like this:
Go to Users, next to the user you want to share forms to, click Sharing, all forms show up and you can quickly choose which forms get shared for that user.

Another thing that would make onboarding (new employees/formyoula users) easier would be to have form groups.
E.g. You choose which forms apply to which department in your company and you can share a set of forms (say Marketing or Operations) to the user that is in that department.
