All files which are uploaded using Graphic element are converted into a JPEG format after a successful upload. And JPEG files do not support transparent backgrounds.

We can recommend using the HTML form element to upload a PNG image or to use an image with a standard background.

In addition, Formyoula has released an update to the Graphic element. We have enabled Base64 images for offline PDF printing. Now, PNG images with a transparent background are supported by the graphic element. With the Base64 option enabled, it embeds the image into the form.
