Offline Smiley Face Ratings

Currently, if the device is not connected to WIFI the smiley face rating component does not render. Properly displaying this feature should not be dependent upon an internet connection.

    Hey Patrick,

    Thank you for your message.

    I want to update you that the form needs to be run or opened at least once while online to cache the smiley face element. Afterward, it will work offline. Please try again and let us know if you still face issues.
