In this guide we will explain the difference between Salesforce and Formyoula user types.

Formyoula Users

Formyoula users do not require a Salesforce account in order to create or update records in your Salesforce organization. The Salesforce record creator and owner in Salesforce will always be the Formyoula administrator/form creator.

Access to Salesforce:

• Form entries submitted by a Formyoula user will be process on Salesforce by the administrator and any profile restrictions will be enforced by Salesforce.

• Formyoula users have access to Salesforce lookups while online and offline. Filtering record ownership will return all records owned by the administrator.

• You can map the Formyoula user details to custom fields in Salesforce for audit purposes and to maintain a custom record ownership.

Sign in:

• Please download the Formyoula mobile app from the Apple AppStore or the Google PlayStore.

• Please click on the “Username & Password” section and enter the login details your administrator has provided.

Salesforce Users

Users can sign into Formyoula with any Salesforce license type, such as: Salesforce, Force.com, Chatter Free and Chatter Plus, Partner, Community and others. Users with Salesforce licenses will be the record creators and owners in Salesforce.

Access to Salesforce:

• Form entries submitted by a Salesforce user will be process on Salesforce by the user and any profile restrictions will be enforced by Salesforce.

• Salesforce users have access to Salesforce lookups both in online and offline modes. Filtering record ownership will return all records owned by the Salesforce user.

Sign in:

• Please download the Formyoula mobile app from the Apple AppStore or the Google PlayStore.

• Once selected please enter your Salesforce credentials.
