In this guide, you will learn how to enable Salesforce connection processing for Chatter Free and other Salesforce users with limited or no access to objects. For example, if you want to use Chatter Free users with Formyoula to create new Lead or Case records on Salesforce this feature will enable them to create the necessary records.
1. When you have a form and Salesforce connection is created, please click on the black “Cloud” icon to open your Salesforce connections page.
2. Please click on the blue link called “Salesforce (Edit Connection)” to edit your existing connection.
3. Please tick the “Always ‘Created By’ Form Owner” check-box. When new Formyoula form entries have been submitted this option will use the form owner/admin to process the new object records on Salesforce. Optionally you can use Formyoula user system fields to record on Salesforce, the user who submitted the mobile entries.
4. Once done, please click on the “Save Record Settings” button.
