Yes, it is possible to review this information by opening the form entry in the Recent Entries list on your Formyoula Dashboard - app.formyoula.com/dashboard



You can find the information like:

- Users name,
- Date & Time,
- Device model,
- Device version,
- Formyoula version,
- Mobile Connection

by pressing on the Users name in the left-top corner.
