Please make sure your Salesforce user profile or object is configured correctly. Please try below steps to resolve this:
- Please make sure the user profile has field visibility and field level security configured correctly to allow the field to be visible for the profile and user
- We do not support formula or read only fields. These will not be available on the Salesforce connection page
- Sometimes new fields can take few hours to become available, please wait before using them
- Please try adding the field on your page layout and see if that helps
