Offline Salesforce Lookups

In this guide, we will show you how you can enable offline Salesforce Lookups. If you have any questions, please email us support@formyoula.com. 

Please follow steps below to use Salesforce offline lookups on your Formyoula application, you will have to be online to enable the offline lookups.


Download Formyoula Mobile from Apple AppStore for iOS devices or Google PlayStore for Android devices

After opening the Formyoula mobile app please sign in with your Salesforce account by pressing on the "Sign In With Salesforce".



Please click on the "Setup" button to access the application setup.



Enable offline lookups by clicking on the "Check-box", please wait for the sync process to complete, this can take few minutes and will depend on the number of records you have on Salesforce, you can click on the screen while the sync process is in progress and it will continue to sync in the background.



If you need to re-sync the information please click on the "Refresh" button next to the "Check-box".



When synced press on the "Home" button to return to your forms.



When you lose connection or require to work offline, the lookups will retrieve information stored on your device.
