Form Sharing

With form sharing you can control individual user access to your forms.

To open the form sharing option manager go to your Formyoula Dashboard and click on the "Share" button next to the form.



Here you will see all the users in your organisation, to add more user click the "Add Users" button.


You can now control each users access level on your form.



None - User will not see this form on their Formyoula mobile or web application.

Create Entries - Users will only be able to submit form entries and will not be able to access captured entries on the Formyoula dashboard.

Create & View Entries - Users will be able to submit form entries and view their captured entries on the Formyoula Dashboard.

Create & View Entries & Edit Form - Users will be able to capture and view entries, edit the form, manage form connections and download all captured entries.
