Set Record Types with Hidden fields

When crating new records with Formyoula you may need to set a specific record type. You can use a hidden field element on your Formyoula form where you can set the record type id value and use the Salesforce connection mapping table to link this field to the Record Type Id field on Salesforce.

Open your Formyoula form and add a new hidden field anywhere on the form.

Click the pencil icon to edit the field and update the label and value. The value will be the record type id you would like to use for new records created on Salesforce.

Last step will be to create a mapping on your Salesforce connection.
