In this guide, we will explain how to unarchive a form template in your Formyoula account.

1. Please go to your Formyoula dashboard - https://app.formyoula.com/dashboard

2. Please click on Archive Button to view a list of all your archived forms.

3. Please click on the Actions button.

4. Please Select the “Unarchive Form” option.

5. Now you will be able to access the form in your Live form List.

Please note:

• Unarchived forms will not be available on the mobile and web apps.

• Forms that are deleted from the archived list will be removed permanently
