Common Salesforce Record Errors

In this guide, we will explain how to troubleshoot some of the most common Salesforce record errors.
  • Error: Entity is deleted.

Reason: This error means that the record in Salesforce has been deleted.

Troubleshoot: Please make sure that you are using a valid/existing record from Salesforce.

  • Error: Session expired or invalid.

Reason: This error can be generated if any changes are made to the user profile in Salesforce.

Troubleshoot: Please sign out and sign back into Formyoula to restart the session.

Please make sure that you have synced all the data from the mobile device before signing out!  

  • Error: Campaign ID: id value of incorrect type or Campaign ID is null.

Reason: Either the Campaign ID is missing or the ID value is incorrect.

Troubleshoot: Please make sure that you are using the correct Campaign ID and that the user submitting the form entry is using the latest version of the form.

  • Error: Required fields are missing.


Reason: This error is generated because required fields are missing.

Troubleshoot: Please make sure that you have mapped all the required fields on the Salesforce connection page.
