In this guide, we will explain how to assign form ownership to a different user.

1. Please sign into Formyoula using the other user’s Salesforce credentials - https://app.formyoula.com/login

2. Please sign in with your current Formyoula administrator who created the forms and share all the forms with the new user by giving them full access “Create & View Entries & Edit Form” to each form.

3. Please sign back in with the new user and take ownership of all the forms. This can be done on your Formyoula dashboard by clicking on the “Actions” button and selecting the “Take Ownership” option next to the form.
