Why can I not see my custom fields on the Salesforce connection field mapping list?

Please make sure your Salesforce user profile or object is configured correctly. Please try below steps to resolve this:
  • Please make sure the user profile has field visibility and field level security configured correctly to allow the field to be visible for the profile and user
  • We do not support formula or read only fields. These will not be available on the Salesforce connection page 
  • Sometimes new fields can take few hours to become available, please wait before using them
  • Please try adding the field on your page layout and see if that helps
